The holidays are over and now it is back to school again. Hope you had a restful time. For this week's journal writing, I would like you to reflect on a coming global event : Earth Hour. MY REPLY:
1. Earth Hours is to use any people's light switch as their vote – Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming. WWF are urging the world to VOTE EARTH and reach the target of 1 billion votes, which will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009.Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007.
2. It held on 28 March 2009.
3. I think it is to stop global warming and save our earth with voting.
4. They would voting with their light switch to save electricity and our Earth.
5. I could not left my food and can sleep withour fan so instead use the natural wind.
6. There is a lot of rubbish on earth and many people is wasting a lot of things.
7. We could reuse recyle them and take what I want only so that we should not waste a lot of things.
